Terms of Service

By accessing or using zodiaczen.cc, you agree to these Terms. ZodiacZen provides Chinese zodiac, BaZi, and Four Pillars readings for reflection, entertainment, and spiritual insight.

Using the Site

You agree to provide accurate information when you submit a compatibility check, start a paid reading, or contact support. You are responsible for checking birth details before purchase; incorrect birth data can change the report.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Copy paid report content for resale or automated republication.
• Submit another person's birth data if you do not have permission to use it.

Payments, Delivery & Refunds

Paid readings are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. There is no subscription. Report access is expected right after checkout when payment succeeds; if delivery fails after a successful charge, contact us at hello@zodiaczen.cc and we will restore access or refund the charge.

Refunds are mainly for payment or delivery failure, duplicate charges, or a clearly broken report. We do not guarantee a refund because a reading feels inaccurate or does not match a desired outcome.

No Guaranteed Predictions

ZodiacZen readings are interpretive. They are not guaranteed predictions and should not be used as the sole basis for relationship, medical, legal, financial, safety, or mental-health decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the property of ZodiacZen. You may use a purchased reading for personal use. You may not resell, scrape, or publish paid report content as a competing product.

Access Changes

We may suspend access to parts of the site if we detect abuse, payment fraud, automated scraping, or activity that harms the service for other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZodiacZen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZodiacZen is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
