Common questions
Do I need my exact birth date?
Yes. Birth date is the minimum needed to build the chart.
Do I need birth time?
No, but if you have it, use it. Birth time makes the timing read more specific and gives the chart more structure.
What if I do not know my birth time?
You can still continue with birth date only. The reading is still complete — just less specific on timing.
How long does delivery take?
Right after checkout. If something breaks, you'll see a clear error instead of a fake success screen.
Is this different from the couple reading?
Yes. The personal reading is your chart only. The couple reading is about how two charts interact.
Can I request a refund?
If the payment went through but the report didn't, email us and we'll fix it. That's the main case we refund for.
